Established in 2001, as Peak Advisory Group, Wilhelm Tell Partners is an investment firm with a focus on multifamily real estate and other commercial real estate assets. At its inception, Peak Advisory Group was operated as a boutique family office advisory firm catering to a Swiss clientele and their alternative investments. Over time, the firm matured into a specialized real estate consulting and investment shop, as a result of client product demand.

Our founder, Anton Mattli, is from the city Lucerne and his family traces their lineage to Altdorf in the Canton Uri. This is the home of Wilhelm Tell, a mythical character in Swiss history, whose name we adorn. The defiant attitude of Wilhelm Tell embodies our core focus of rigorous investment analysis.

Most importantly, the story of Wilhelm Tell is about making hard decisions for the protection of family and community. The end goal of our firm is to foster wealth and assets so that our clients are enabled to protect their family and provide for their community.

Selectively, we invest in alternative investments, including commercial real estate, businesses, preferred equity, and structured credit products.
